Why can't I see certain prices or products?

Please make sure you are signed into your account. You must be signed in to view certain products and place your trade order.

I would like to order a product that is out of stock.

Please contact us through email with details of the produc you would like to pre-order.

I need to place a clothing order but cannot select the items through the website.

If you have an account, contact your account manager who will be able to create your custom clothing order.

What if i have a warranty issue?

We will investigate all warranty issues with the manaufacturer of the sticks. You may be required to send your product away for analysation before we can repair or replace it.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

If your order is placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday and is in stock, UK Delivery will be Next Day. European Delivery will be 3-7 days. International Delivery will be 5-14 days. If some items are not in stock you will be informed of an estimated delivery date.
