Our delivery procedure

With our new web-based ordering system all you have to do is login to your account and place your order. If you have any problems with your order or have any questions please contact us prior to placing it.

Login & Place Your Order.

Once we have received your order we will process it. This includes preparing documentation for the shipping company, packaging, and where appropriate pre-ordering your products. Your order will normally be processed the same day. Please allow for up to 48 hours during busy periods.

Order Processing.

All of our orders are dispatched via our network of safe and reliable couriers. UK orders will be dispatched on Next Day Delivery. For all European Orders please expect a 3-7 day delivery period. International order can take up to 14 days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will be informed of the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.


Please inspect all goods upon delivery. Once signed for we are unable to claim against damaged goods in transit. If there are any other issues with your order please inform Hockey Plus immediately in order for us to resolve them.

Please ensure a mobile phone number is provided with every order. Our couriers provide delivery time-slots and updates through SMS.
